An Introduction to Team Development: Build Capability, Capacity and Collaboration in Work-based Teams

Description

Aim:

To develop and build team-leadership skills and behaviours throughout your organisation.  This course is aimed at new and aspiring middle managers.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this half-day short course delegates will be able to:-

1. Understand team dynamics and the importance of collective and collaborative team performance.

2. Understand how to foster organisational action learning to enhance team problem solving.

3. Undertake an experiential learning exercise to develop facilitation skills and action learning in a team setting.


Individuals in eligible SMEs can claim £50 training support from the EDGE II programme towards this course.
