All students receive an award certificate once they have graduated or exited from their course. A single duplicate certificate can be requested at a charge of £45.

You can also request delivery via a courier at an additional cost of £60. The delivery fee will appear on the order summary screen if this option is selected.

Duplicate certificates can take up to 28 working days to produce and dispatch, regardless of the method of delivery ordered; therefore, ordering a courier will not guarantee delivery within a particular timeframe. Couriers will not usually deliver to a PO Box address. If you require your purchase to be delivered overseas please remember to purchase your postage using option. There is no additional charge for postage to UK addresses. If you wish to arrange your own courier collection you will need to send the waybill to the assessment team by email to enable the collection of your documents.
