Once certificates and transcripts have been produced after you have been awarded you may wish to have your documents sent to you using a Courier service rather than using Standard Air Mail and the cost of this is £60.00.
The University of Cumbria uses DHL and can only arrange collection of documents through this company. If you would like to use this service please email [email protected]
to advise them of this and make payment using this option.
The assessment team will then ensure your documents are not posted out to you via Royal Mail.

Once you have selected and paid for this option the assessment team will prepare your documents for dispatch and arrange for DHL to collect these.
Important Information – please read before ordering:
• This option is for the cost of the courier collection only when your original certificate and transcript is produced, if you require duplicates/copies please refer to the other options in the online store
• Restrictions may apply to courier services to some countries for delivery – if you are unsure if your delivery country is affected please find out this information prior to making payment
• PO Box addresses are not accepted on courier deliveries, please check the address details of where you want your documents to be sent to so as to ensure it is complete and does not contain a PO Box
• We do not recommend using this service for the countries below as the Air Mail system is secure enough and fast enough for us not need to use the courier service:
