University of Cumbria Tracked Air Mail Service Royal Mail (Certificates, Transcript and confirmation of study documents ONLY).
Once certificates and transcripts have been produced after you have been awarded you may wish to have your documents sent to you using a Tracked Air Mail service rather than using Standard Air mail and the cost of this is £10.00.

to advise them of this and make payment using this option.
The assessment team will then ensure your documents are then sent out using the International Signed For service with Royal Mail.
Important Information – please read before ordering:
• This option is for the cost of the International signed for mail only when your original certificate and transcript is produced, if you require duplicates/copies please refer to the other options in the online store
• Restrictions may apply to International Signed for mail services to some countries for delivery. If you are unsure if your delivery country is affected please find out this information prior to making payment
• Please ensure the address we have for your documents to be sent to is fully complete
• PO Box addresses are not accepted on tracked Air Mail deliveries, please check the address details of where you want your documents to be sent to so as to ensure it is complete and does not contain a PO Box
