Award transcripts can be requested if you graduated or have withdrawn from the University of Cumbria from 2007 onwards. An award transcript can be requested at a cost of £25 per transcript. These documents can take up to 28 working days to produce.

If you choose to have this document sent by courier there will be an additional cost of £60 at the checkout. This will provide a more secure delivery. If you wish to use a courier, please note that they will not deliver to PO Box addresses. There is no additional charge for postage to UK addresses. If you wish to arrange your own courier collection you will need to send the waybill to the assessment team by email to enable the collection of your documents.

Important Information - please read before ordering:

• This order is only for students who graduated or withdrew from the University of Cumbria after 2007.
• Award transcripts confirm your final award classification along with a breakdown of modules and marks.
• Withdrawal Transcripts (for those who left without graduating) will be printed on the official Award Transcript paper, and will include a list of the marks received while studying here, but will not include any final classification.
• If you have an additional form or cover note which you need us to include with your transcript order, please email this to assessment@cumbria.ac.uk quoting your order reference number, after you have placed your order. A member of our team will then ensure that this document is sent out with your transcript as required.
